I have found nothing that I am allergic to. In general, I'm fairly adventurous, and will eat most things.
However, here's a few things I dislike:- Raw onions
- Celery
- Liver / kidneys (apart from liver pate, which I love ... yes, I know that makes no sense)
- Stewed / braised beef or chicken (eg beef stew, coq au vin, osso bucco). It's a texture thing - the chicken gets slimy and the beef gets stringy / flaky.
- Cheeses with a strong ammonia odor.
Ingredients I particularly like: - Pork (especially cured pork products, and roast pork with crackling)
- Chocolate
- Pineapple
- Almonds
- Mushrooms
- Banana
- Steak (OK, not really an ingredient, but ....)
- Strong coffee (medium-dark roasts)
- Red wine
- Skim milk
- Mango Lassi
